Short and Sweet...

A few interesting things that caught my attention this week while surfing around the blog-o-sphere...

Spotted on the invisible Mr Mulley's blog:

Glass bridge for the Grand Canyon - A phenomenal idea for the Grand Canyon, when you're there you have an irresistible urge to get close to the edge and a few people have gotten a little too close over the years...

Walk on Water - I would love to see this art exhibit, I'm rarely into the modern art stuff myself, but I get sucked into anything that's interactive!! :-)


I've spent a bit of time this week updating my website, and in honour of the Pink for October campaign the front page has gained a hefty splash of pink!

While working through all the code on my site I was searching for some stuff on google, and I came across a great reference for any blogger - http://feedicons.com which holds all the icons that have been agreed upon by the Mozilla foundation and Microsoft amongst others for representing syndicated content.

And finally a few funnies to round things off... Eircom pulled a blinder this week by cutting off all the Smart Telecom customers the night before 'Bertiegate' in the Dail... so I lost my outgoing phone service along with 40,000+ others and it barely registered in the news channels...
